are you perhaps missing PREFIX/share/xxxx files. there are files there used as
mkey marker filees to do runtime prefix detection.
something has gone wrong in your process of bulding/installing/moving things
around that's not "normal".
as long as all files stay in the same PREFIX and stay relative to the same
prefix - you dont move things around WITHIN that prefix... efl is actually
runtime relocatable away from its original prefix it was compiled for. i've
done it before multiple times to test it...
