Doug, Sorry to have to contact you this way but I'm not happy with the service I'm getting from GTAC on this issue feel like I'm just being blown off because they don't know what to do. I'm sure you can fix it within a few minutes.
Problem is RASM says all AP's and switch are down when they are not, wireless appears to be working but I can't get RASM to talk to the switch. I have done what GTAC has asked which has not made any difference.
