If you force a lag with lacp static I highly recommend you test to make sure
you actually have a lag setup by pulling one of the pairs, plugging back in,
wait a little, then pull the other, etc. By forcing it the switch will tell you
it is up. Whether or not it truly is though is another story.

I always like to use static so that the network is deterministic

set lacp static lag.0.3 key 3333 ge.1.20-24
set lacp static lag.0.4 key 4444 ge.2.20-24
set vlan egress 1000 ge.1.20-24;lag.0.3-4 tagged
set vlan egress 1001 ge.1.20-24;lag.0.3-4 tagged
set port alias lag.0.3 'SwA'
set port alias lag.0.4 'SwB'
set port alias ge.1.20-24 'lag.0.3'
set port alias ge.2.20-24 'lag.0.4'
save config

I would like to setup lag ports for each building on our campus.
Each building is connected to our N3 via gbic port.
I have one Lag working from our N3 to a C3 but when I attempt to connect
another building no new Lag is being built.
This second building is on a B3.
any ideas or thoughts?

Thanks
Paul
