If you force a lag with lacp static I highly recommend you test to make sure you actually have a lag setup by pulling one of the pairs, plugging back in, wait a little, then pull the other, etc. By forcing it the switch will tell you it is up. Whether or not it truly is though is another story. -Dwayne
