Your info is correct and I have set the aadminkeys as you suggested things are functioning as desired.

You should set VLAN egress on the new lag same as on the physical member ports, This way if the lag either fails or exists you will have same egress behavior. One port shows up on the lag but when I connect the other port the N3's drop connections. Is there something unique about the two N3's being connected? I have followed the config guide from the Enterasys Document page for multiple devices as a template. The config for all Lags appear to be the same and correct.
