Please call into GTAC and have the ticket escalated to me. To correct the issue 
please input the same
set snmp user xx command in your snmp section and the icon will go back to green

I tried upgrading a G3 to 06.42.10.0016 from 06.42.09.0005, and it caused an 
issue between the G3 and NetSight. Snmpv3 was working fine on the prior 
firmware, but then it stopped working properly on the latest release. I tested 
v1 and that worked ok. Just wondering if anyone else has run into this.
