I will be keeping an eye on this thread, because we have the same issues in a mixed shop of 2620 and 3620 AP. We are now running older V7.41 software, and GTAC’s advice to us was; install the latest software – which is now in planning – but we never found out what the problem actually is or if the Latest-and-Greatest will actually fix it.

Several access points on different switches within different subnets in different buildings. Looking at the switches they are loosing the link for some seconds, several times a day. I checked cabling, replaced poe switches, but still those strange timeouts. It seems they boot. But why? Too many users? Incompatible poe switches? I simply don´t know. So I looked at the controller logs and within AP logs it says: "12 sec in cycle 1: AccessPoint Problem Report captured: ap-report.txt " Well? Now I´m actually looking at that file "ap-report.txt" But where is it? Where can I look at it? Where can I download it? Perhaps I simply miss the forest for the trees...
