Agreed. We frequently see this as well, in a mixed 26xx and 36xx shop and haven’t gotten too much information back on what is the actual root cause of the issue. We're running the latest software ourselves though.

Several access points on different switches within different subnets in different buildings. Looking at the switches they are loosing the link for some seconds, several times a day. I checked cabling, replaced poe switches, but still those strange timeouts. It seems they boot. But why? Too many users? Incompatible poe switches? I simply don´t know. So I looked at the controller logs and within AP logs it says: "12 sec in cycle 1: AccessPoint Problem Report captured: ap-report.txt " Well? Now I´m actually looking at that file "ap-report.txt" But where is it? Where can I look at it? Where can I download it? Perhaps I simply miss the forest for the trees...
