Probably your stack manager has changed, as Matthew pointed out. Look for
MGR Led. The one who is lit is your manager. Any other switch you get a
"unit x" prompt.

You can chance back your admin password to nothing, by reseting your
switch (there is a reset button at the back of your switch).

You probably can access your switch by network (same ip address but in
Vlan 1).
