Hi Paul,

There could be some inconsistency in the MySQL database (such as a corrupt 
index) causing the problem.  Please open a ticket with GTAC and include the 
Dragon2MySQL.log file from the /opt/dragon/logs directory of your EMS host.

Had to do re-install on Dragon appliance (ver. 7.4.2.162)
All is working well, Except

MySql Reporting Agent will not stay running

Report from host.

Dragon2MySQL     expired      10     11 auto        0 Fri Dec 14 11:14:59 2012 
Process fault caused signal(SIGSEGV)


Any thoughts or ideas are welcome.
