You can use sudo apt autoremove to remove unnecessary dependencies
installed with Samba4. If you still see leftover files, sudo apt purge
samba4 followed by sudo apt autoremove should clean up most of them.
Running dpkg -l | grep samba can help check if any related packages are
still present https://bottleneckcalculatr.com/.
