What about hangouts.google.com viewed in IE? It doesn't pop-up login dialog?
I can't test it on my configuration, however you can: - enter blocked address in "do not use proxy for..." field - use WPAD script and do not redirect blocked address to proxy (if above solution works) - block hangouts.google.com by uBlock, AdBlock, etc add-in Jaroslav
