Jaroslav, Thanks for your response. See my comments below for your
suggestion.


- enter blocked address in "do not use proxy for..." field   <-- Since I'm
using Proxy Auto configuration script, I can't use "do not use proxy"
- use WPAD script and do not redirect blocked address to proxy (if above
solution works)  - n/a
- block hangouts.google.com by uBlock, AdBlock, etc add-in  <-- Perfect! it
worked with AdBlock!


I'm looking for a solution without relaying a third-party plugin which are
non-policy complain.
