CLASSIFICATION: UNCLASSIFIED

Once the update is applied (52.0.2) and FF is opened for the first time after
the update. In other words, when you click on the FF icon the error is
displayed and the browser doesn't open.

Thanks,

        That seems to be the only solution I've found as well. Strange that this
        just started happing. Thanks for the reply.

        We have run into this before on just a few systems, however an
uninstall and
        re-install usually worked.

        CLASSIFICATION: UNCLASSIFIED

        Hello,

        Has anyone come across the issue when updating to the new version or FF
ESR
        52 and opening FF the following error occurs:

        error: Platform version '52.0.2' is not compatible with minVersion >=
45.8.0
        maxVersion <=45.8.0

        I don't see this on about half of my systems that got the update

        Thanks,
