I would LOVE to see more robust filtering. Multiple applied filters would be great. "Subject contains" AND "Category is" for instance. Also "Ends with" in addition to "starts with". I also occasionally find myself needing to see two "From" items together. "From - Contains 'Bruce'" and "From - Contains 'Mark'".
