But you can do exactly that: change the popup from Match <if ANY criteria
are met> [A or B] to <if ALL criteria are met> [A and B]. What it can't do
is a network of
[A and B] or C
which is perhaps what you're asking for. Yes, that's a long-standing feature
request (by me, among others). What's tricky for them to work out is how to
present that visually, being able to branch on every clause. I had a
suggestion about that too.
