Select the Draft folder and press Cmd-L. This will force a refresh of
the folder and may cause the message to become visible.

Subject: Help! Can't Access a Draft!

Hi,

I really hope someone can help me--I've just finished about a two or
three page email to a friend and seem to have lost it.

I was just done typing it and figured I should save it as a draft to be
safe before sending it. I pressed Save as Draft and a bold "1" showed up
in the drafts folder of my IMAP iTools account but nothing is listed in
the window where it normally lists the emails! Yes, I've tried blindly
double clicking at the top of the empty list hoping it was just
invisible there--no luck. I've tried quitting and re-starting Entourage.
I've tried turning off my forwarding (I had my iTools email auto
forwarding to my ISP email account)--no luck. The bold "1" is still
there, but no draft.

If it matters, the email was created by way of a "Reply." For some
reason, my initial reply was created with my ISP email address for my
"From"--I switched it to my mac.com address. I don't know if that has
anything to do with this (although that is obviously why it *tried* to
save the draft on the iTools IMAP drafts folder as opposed to my ISP
account's POP account drafts folder). Strangely, I've just double
checked and my mac.com address is the default account--not sure why it
tried to use my isp account. Probably no bearing to this issue anyway.

Any advice appreciated.

Marc
