Radar is the name of Apple's internal bug tracking database. Apple's
engineers have access to it. Certain external developers have limited access
to it. Additionally, submitting a bug report <http://bugreport.apple.com/>
may give you a Radar number to reference. Release notes for seeding releases
(developer previews, beta, final candidates) often include lists of bugs
fixed in each release, with the Radar number and a one-line description
included.
