My in-box in arranged by the date the e-mail is sent. From one individual, mail sent in 2002 is coded as being sent in 2001 and 2001 as 2000. Therefore, I tend not to see the mail when it arrives. Is the problem with Entourage or with his ISP? Thank you. Irving Weissman
