Hi Devesh,

This MRU (most recently used) list is actually considered a desirable
feature by many users, but if your friend really hates it, there are a few
things he can do to get rid of unwanted entries:

If you're in Entourage X, you can clear ALL with a preference in Mail &
News-Compose-Clear List button, but the list will fill up again. This
option is not available in 2001.

AND/OR you can add the unwanted addresses to your Address Book and then
delete them, but they may show up again if new messages from the same
addresses come in.

AND/OR you can add these addresses to your Address Book and mark them as
junk, in which case they won't show up in the MRU list again, but other, new
ones will.

AND/OR you can ignore them. The MRU list is finite, 200 addresses, and it
orders the addresses by most frequently used. If you leave it alone, it
will eventually fill up with the addresses you use most often. Some people
like this feature, others don't. I like it on those occasions when it's
useful, like when I've forgotten to add a sender's address to my address
book, and am mildly annoyed with it otherwise.
