Copy the mail folders stored in 'Documents:Eudora Folder:mail:' to a new location. Using a file utility of some sort, change the file type to "MBOX" (without the quotes) Drag the folders one by one into Entourage's mail folder listing This will import all the mail (and very quickly), but I seem to recall that all messages (including sent messages) are changed to status unread.
