Yes, I did know that. Oh well, I guess I can live with the capitalization of
iBook if it is the first word in a sentence (that doesn't happen THAT
often), since it seems there is no easy way to get this to work.

I believe we have reach the point of diminishing returns with this
topic...if it is this hard then it is probably not worth it :-(
