Jud: I do trust you. I didn't mean to imply that there was any incompetence on the MS Mac team. Being unable to identify the cause of an infrequent bug can be very difficult and I accept your answer that you are looking.
My previous comment was based on the inconclusive responses I have received from tech support. They never denied I was having a "real" problem. But, they also never stated that there was a problem either. Thanks for clarifying the situation.
