Don't count on it. When I called Apple to check my status they told me the
hard drive was replaced. I asked if they transferred my files. They said
they would if they could. I got it back empty. I'm sure they could have
because there were no noticeable problems with it when I sent it in. By the
way, they never told me the hard drive would be replaced until after the
fact. If I hadn't have called I only would have found out when I received
the machine back.

ALWAYS BACK UP BEFORE SENDING YOUR COMPUTER IN ANYWHERE!
