I have been using Entourage for some time and have recently been exploring
and find that it is even more powerful than I realized. I, for instance,
didn't realize that you could assign a task to more than one category. I
have been experimenting with using Entourage as the primary vehicle to
implement David Allen's Getting Things Done system. To do this, it will be
important that I have access to my entourage data at both home and the
office.
Ideally the data would be exactly the same on both computers. If I added
data at home, I could synch it at the office. If I added data at the office,
I could synch it at home. Is this possible? If so, how do I go about it?
If it isn't possible, I would be satisfied if I could just add data at the
office and synch it at home.
I suppose I could just copy the data base from one computer to the other. I
could use my .mac account to do this.
Does anyone have any advice as to what I should or shouldn't do to keep my
entourage data in synch?
