I have been using one (T665C) flawlessly with OS X and a bit of software called The Missing Sync from Markspace software <http://www.markspace.com/missingsync.html>. Sony even is promoting the software on their site as a sync option for Macs. There have apparently been some issues with the newer clie models, but the development team at MarkSpace is super responsive and fixes are very quick.
