I used albert for a while about 18 months ago. It works very well, but now I
just use Entourage. I can use a rule to catch a message with a particular
set of features (such as a keyphrase in the subject/body) and have a handler
scritp that analyses the body and carries out certain tasks.

Why switch? Not because Albert was faulty in any way, but just because it
was one less app to run (and I think it took a while for albert to be
carnoised). All albert does is check a POP mailbox from time to time and
react accordingly. I already have entorage doing this.
