Thus spake mahboud zabetian <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, circa 1/16/2003: > HI. On a daily basis, I get bit by the Spell Checker when it neglects to > check a message as it should on outgoing messages. As usual, I click "Send > Now", I can clearly see that there are red, underlined typos, but the Spell > Check never kicks in and the message is sent without checking.
I've always meant to write in about this, but haven't because I can't find a pattern. I almost always use "Send Later" and when I notice something odd or realize I forgot something, I go to the outbox, edit the message and re-queue it. Often the spell checker will kick in at that point. Sometimes it fails when there is an attachment, but not always. Every time I think I've found the pattern, it turns out I haven't. Fortunately, it doesn't happen to me often, and I always re-read messages I have composed before queuing them up, and catch most problems this way. Plus, I am not too worried about errors in email. I consider it informal communication and don't worry about okassionil missspelllings. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
