Yes. You'll need your Office 2001 or 1998 CD handy, but you don't need to
install it.

Entourage actually makes this easier than most with its capability to look
at POP3 messages Online. It's a setting in the Account Options window.
What you'll probably do, however, is set one of the computers to leave
messages on the server, which is also in Account Options.

I can think of a couple of ways to do this:
1) Use a Palm device as the medium: sync it on one Mac, then sync it on the
other.
2) Use Paul's scripts to sync Entourage with the i-apps, and then use iSync.

That's a little trickier. I think one thing you could do is tell Entourage
to move your sent mail to a Sent Mail folder on your IMAP server, either
routinely or manually. I don't know of anything that will sync two local
sent mail folders, though.
