Even Better!

You will first have to de-install the OS 9 & OS X versions of office from
the old mac. You only have one copy of office and you can only install it on
one machine. Your upgrade license does not allow you to run both v9 & vX.

Then you will have to install the new version of Office vX to your
applications folder (it's a drag-copy install).

Now, put you Office 2001 CD into the CD drive (no need to install anything).

Then run any office app and input the software key. If you get asked for the
location of Office 2001, just navigate to the CD.

Yes, that is the whole point of IMAP. The same mail will be available in all
locations.

Set the account options on both macs to 'leave a copy of each message on
server', and set the 'delete from server after xx days' to some sensible
number like 10. Now, as long as you never go more than 10 days before
checking at either location, the mail will be collected once on both
machines. After 20 days, one of the machines will delete the copy on the
server at the next check, leaving the local machine copy intact.

No.

Isync does not yet work with Entourage. Apple have not released the APIs to
the MS development team, and until they do MS MacBU cannot write the code
necessary to create an iSync conduit between Entourage & .Mac.
