Title: Archiving Entourage

Hello

I have a Macuser here with a step by step guide to Archiving.  It all looks simple enough and a “good idea”.

I am running an online census project and we move data files by email.  There are several hundred such files, often 300 kb or more in size in various mailboxes.  I copy them to my hard drive and regularly back them up to a zip drive.  I also backup the MUD file to an external hard drive.  However, I am also keeping them in Entourage.  

My questions are:

Will rebuilding the file after I have archived it, damage the data in any way?

Is there a max size for Entourage?  Should I be deleting the data files from Entourage?
