I use Now Up To Date/Contact also because we need the groupware abilities at my office.
A nifty trick with NUTD is to select a chunk of text, then command click to call up the contextual menus. There will be an option to "Create To Do", "Create a Call", etc. which is how I bridge Entourage <> Now. It also syncs nicely with Palm.
