Very interesting topic as it goes further than the mere EntX topics, you're
asking about good 'computership'/dealing with information flow,
collaborating in the computer age with iTeams/virtual offices/over the net.
Right?

Nor Apple's iCal, nor Entx - in my opinion - are meant for collaborating in
a team. Both are for personal organisers.

If you really are serious about working in teams: Novel-Groupwhise... But
that's an investment that must be made by a company.
