Thanks for the reply. It’s the version from the CD he bought a week ago. The Entourage about box says Version 10.1.0 (2006) with Service Release 1, if that helps any.
You need to update. See <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/help/install.html#Anchor-version> for the correct updated version.
