What software do you have? What OS? What version of Entourage? Do you have the latest Entourage conduit? What version of Palm Desktop do you have? Please, check that you have the latest updates for your system, and then let us know what versions you are working with. We can’t help otherwise.
And BTW, I have no idea what an error 4114 is; sorry!

First of all; thanks to those people who answered my question about archiving – very helpful.
I have just got round to fiddling with one of my Christmas presents – a Palm M105. I have set it up to synch with Entourage. The only item with any data in is my Entourage address book. But it won’t synch – it says failed due to error 4114.
Any advice?

I am running OS9.2 on a G4 with Palm Desktop 2.6. Entourage came with Office for the Mac 2001. About 6 months ago I installed what seemed necessary from the MS Entourage site. I also installed the software for a Belkin USB adaptor. As far as I can see, everything seems to synch OK except for the address book – which turns up error 4114.
