I am running OS9.2 on a G4 with Palm Desktop 2.6. Entourage came with Office for the Mac 2001. About 6 months ago I installed what seemed necessary from the MS Entourage site. I also installed the software for a Belkin USB adaptor. As far as I can see, everything seems to synch OK except for the address book – which turns up error 4114.

Try an advanced rebuild of the database. This solved a similar problem for another user recently, I am interested to see if it also solves your case.
