You _may_ have more than one copy of the applications. The version numbers
should be the same in Get Info and in the "application-name" menus. Try
doing a restart and also a Disk Utility "Repair" run (or "fsck" if you know
how) to see if perhaps the problem is just that the Finder is slow to update
things. But I think having dual copies of the apps is at least equally
likely. My Entourage v X icon clearly identifies itself as 10.1.4 in Get
Info (I did not yet install 10.1.5...procrastination). Yours should also.

To see if you have more than one copy, just do a finder "find" for
"Microsoft Entourage" and see what shows up. It's possible you are looking
at a copy that didn't get updated, although apparently you are _using_
copies that are updated. That's really the main concern.
