Hi Dean,

Can you post what the rule criteria and actions are? What does the rule do?

Paul,

So now I am confused again. I am not referring to Mailing List Manager
(MLM) actions. I read the MVP link Diane supplied and it is clear there that
you cannot re-run rules. But you said below that you can. Help!!

I thought that I had re-run RULES on messages in various folders - usually
groups, but occasionally singles. It is this behavior that is now not
working as I expected (and thought I had experienced). I have run the
Microsoft updates - but am not saying the behavior changed as a result of
the update (yet).

Let me recap - I have a rule that I created with a message selected. It is
the first rule (there is no MLM for this message). It runs as a single rule
but not as an ALL RULES when accessed as a control click. It does not run
when two messages are selected as an ALL RULES. I have not tried the entire
In Box selected.

Thanks for your continued help.

Dean
