Dnes, I have explained to you on another mailing list, in a completely different connection, that you apparently to do not have the AppleScript component installed on your computer., or it is corrupt. The fact that 'activate' doesn't work is the clearest possible proof of that, since even unscriptable applications will respond to 'activate' - it's the most basic command in all existence.
I'll thank you not to demean my script, which over 1500 people are happily using. Khoi can try out the free demo mode too, and he'll see for himself how it works. As for you, if you have any interest in running any AppleScripts on your computer, you'll need to do a CLEAN install of OS 10.2, as I've been telling you for about 5 months now. -- Paul Berkowitz > From: Dnes Bogsnyi <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Reply-To: "Entourage:mac Talk" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Date: Mon, 15 Sep 2003 18:27:45 +1000 > To: "Entourage:mac Talk" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Subject: Re: Entourage and the Address Book > > On 2003-09-15 12:13, "Khoi Vinh" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > >> Hello, >> >> This topic may have been discussed here before, but here goes... >> >> I am a big fan of Entourage, but I would also like to benefit from Apple's >> global support of the Address Book application. >> >> I know that there is an AppleScript solution for keeping the Entourage >> address book and the Apple Address Book synchronized.
