This is very strange. I do not recall seeing behaviour like this before. I
am sure it didn't used to be like this.

We have a little difference of opinion on the matter at the moment. I
thought rules could be run again & again - I'm pretty sure I've done it
before. OI know that MLM entries can't be, that's by design.

This issue is being followed up to find out what the real behaviour should
be, and then to clarify the mvps.org web page.
