EntourageTemplate is a Mac OS X software for creating e-mail messages with templates. It is a solution to a problem of sending similar messages to different people. It is NOT a bulk mail software, it helps composing messages to individual recipients. One example where mail templates are useful is when you provide a support via e-mail and you often receive similar or identical questions which require similar or identical responses. EntourageTemplate offer an easy solution: create your templates once and use them in your new messages or responses. It can save you a lot of typing and a lot of time.
If you tried EtourageTemplate before and it did not work for you, please try this version. Version 1.3 & 1.3.1 had serious installation problems. Now we have developed our own installer and we hope it will work better. If you have problems installing this software please launch Disk Utility and run "Repair Privileges" in "Disk First Aid" tab for your startup disk.
What's new in version 1.3.2:
- New installer (Apple installer was dumped in favor of Abracode's own installer)
- Dutch and Brazilian Portuguese localizations added
The software requires Mac OS 10.2 and works with Microsoft Entourage X.
EntourageTemplate costs $10 and 15 day trial version is available for download.
