My wife wants to keep completely separate setups (including > separate address books), but have all of them checked on a schedule. No. Separate identities are separate. That's the whole point. Since you can only be in one identity at a time. what possible difference can it make? In each identity, have Send & Receive All set to run "At Startup" as well as whatever repeating schedule you may want (You can Add an "Occurrence" in the schedule's window to do so.) When you switch to each identity, that _is_ "At Startup" for that identity so all accumulated mail will be checked. If you share any POP email account, choose to "Leave Mail on Server" in the Options page of that account only, in both identities. Every once in a while when you're both up to date you can then delete mail from the server. (The easiest way to do this is to also choose "Allow Online Access" in the Options page of the Account. Then you'll see an icon of the server in your Folder list. You can go there. select all or some - maybe don't select the moist recent few days, to be careful - and Delete. That deletes them from the server at the next connection.) If it's an IMAP account, you don't have to bother with any of that. If you really have totally separate email accounts and don't share any, don't bother with any of that. -- Paul Berkowitz MVP Entourage Entourage FAQ Page: http://www.entourage.mvps.org/toc.html PLEASE always state which version of Entourage you are using - 2001 or X.
