Okay, I have been able to replicate this, albeit intermittently, and verify
that it did not do this under Jaguar previously.

Here's the scenario I verified:

- Open a bunch of windows of messages, neatly tiled, in front of the main
window.
- Switch to another app by clicking on it's window outside of the Entourage
space.
- now switching back to Entourage, either via the Dock, or cmd-tab, will
force the main window to the front.

On the other hand:

- Open a bunch of windows of messages, neatly tiled, in front of the main
window.
- Switch to another app by cmd-tab to it.
- then back to Entourage.
- Your windows remain in their respective positions.

Also, I find it convenient, a lot of times, to just minimize the main
window, when I'm just dealing with messages.

Hope this helps - but the behavior is certainly different under Panther, and
most likely due to some Panther changed behavior. In all fairness, it's
non-noticeable enough that it could have slipped through QC.
