I have Entourage X set to display complex HTML, but I usually disable the
option to "allow network access when displaying complex HTML". This is
because of concerns about privacy intrusions and spam feedback being
broadcast by web-bugs.

Is this still a valid concern?

I sometimes reenable the network access option when I need to see the
complete rendering of an HTML message from a trusted source. But this
requires two trips to the preferences dialog. I would really like to see a
command in Entourage to pull the complex HTML for the currently displayed
message only, without changing my global preference. This could be
commanded from a menu, contextual menu, button, key chord. I would be happy
with any of these.
