Why would Entourage all on its own switch fonts when I told it I wanted Arial (even if Arial is lacking characters)? If I switch to HTML, the font stays Arial. My plain text message font is set for Arial 12. This message (and *any* blank new message window I open) claims to be Geneva 14.
