Easy if you only use one of the computers at a time (that is, sending or
receiving mail on one or the other, but never both). When you are ready to
move from desktop to laptop, copy your entire Entourage identity folder from
the desktop to the laptop, replacing the one on the laptop. Do the reverse
when moving in the opposite direction.
The identity folders are found in this folder:
Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2001 Identities/
On OS X the folder is called "Office X Identities".
You only need copy the identity you use regularly.
