I've been waiting for the response to this post as well. I like to use Verdana as my "everyone can see" font rather than Arial. However, when you have to get to it from the drop down evil. You can type in the name so the only options are go with something earlier in the list or slog through the dropdown selection.
Anyone out there have a solution or has everyone gone Arial for life?

Any trick developed for doing this? There is a Default Fonts for Language selection in the General Preferences, and I'm wondering if there's a way to place those 3 or 4 fonts into a separate folder, and then choose that folder in this pref setting?
