I cringe every time I hear folks pronounce the word "chipotle" as (chi�pole�tay)
That’s nice. I know this little place in New Mexico, called Madrid. I pronounce it as Ma-dríd, and the lady at the tourist office immediately knew I was from Europe, ‘cause Americans pronounce it as Mát-rit.
I love the food out there!
