Error 1500 

"HTTP error. The server cannot fulfill the request"

Updaters have been issued to fix this problem. See the Version Page for the
latest updaters.

In addition, Hotmail accounts require passwords with 8 characters. So, if
you are using an old short password, look up your account in your web
browser and change it.

Check for a bad message. The infamous '116Kb, <no subject> message' is still
around. Go to the Hotmail website using your web browser to delete this
message.

Sometimes sending a message will allow a download to work.
