Hi, I have a lot of problem with images in HTML email.
1) Any HTML email with images I received, if I drag the image to the desktop and then open it up in Photoshop or Graphic converter. I got the message "Could not open File123.jpg because a JPEG marker segment length is too short (the file may be truncated or incomplete)". I don't have this problem with Netscape. 2) If I forward any HTML email with images to other users, when they open up the email, they don't see any images. They get hyper text link to the images instead. Again, no such problem with Netscape. These problems occur in Entourage 2001 and X.
