Are the images local to the message (are they attachments?) or are they
pointing to a foreign server?

In this case, the message is complex HTML and the images are located on a
foreign server and the image is loaded at the time the message is viewed.
Since Entourage doesn't support complex HTML message composition, when you
forward the message, only the text of the message is forwarded (with links
replacing the HTML code responsible for their in-line display). You should
see that this is the case before you hit the send button.

You can use Redirect, in the message menu, to send a message on to another
recipient. To your recipients, the message will appear to have arrived from
the original sender, not you, but the message will be intact. Note that you
cannot edit a message you are redirecting (that is why the complex HTML can
be preserved), so you won't be able to add your own comments.
